Although               people               naturally               decay               parts               of               their               body               as               they               get               older,               people               who               smoke               will               lose               their               health               much               faster.

When               you               stop               smoking               you               can               slow               the               rate               of               decay               in               your               body               to               a               normal               rate               and               live               a               healthier               life.

It               can               also               improve               your               lifestyle               in               many               other               ways               as               well               as               encourage               you               to               develop               healthier               habits.

It               is               never               too               late               to               stop               smoking.

While               you               may               not               fully               recover               from               your               smoking               habits,               you               can               at               least               cut               your               losses               now               and               slow               the               decay               process               as               you               get               older.
               Quitting               smoking               is               mostly               a               two               step               process.

The               first               step               is               to               get               rid               of               your               dependence               on               nicotine               and               the               other               is               to               break               the               habit               of               smoking.

When               you               stop               smoking               it               takes               a               while               for               nicotine               to               finally               leave               your               body.

You               may               have               to               wait               a               few               days               or               even               weeks               before               the               nicotine               finally               leaves               your               body.

After               some               period               of               the               time,               the               nicotine               and               cravings               aren't               as               strong.

               One               way               to               stop               smoking               is               to               take               medication.

However,               there               is               no               one               single               treatment.

You               may               not               succeed               on               your               first               attempt.

Also               talk               to               your               doctor               or               other               healthcare               provider.
